Mission Statement:
The Ethnic Minority Affairs Committee(EMAC)
is established to advise the MTA Board of Directors as to the status,concerns, and affairs of ethnic and minority groups on a local and state and national level. The EMAC is to advocate for the identification,development, and empowerment of the Associations African American,Hispanic(Latino(a)),Asian, and Native American educators and ESP personnel.
